I shipped my C5 from PA to TX in an enclosed transporter owned and operated by FedEx Passport. It wasn't cheap but the service was top notch and my car was handled with kid gloves. I sold a car to a guy who used Horseless Carriage. The truck was super clean on inside and the driver to extra care in loading my 1966 Hemi Plymouth I sold. This was in 2003 and I am sure they are still awesome to use.
The guy who bought it said the car was spotless when it came out of the truck and was very happy with driver unloading car and the way they handled it.
Had good luck with Thomas C. Sunday -- they have clean double-deck semis, good crews, reasonable, GPS-equipped, you can call the driver's cell any time, and travel that route.
