I have VE, I think MidAmerica has some that are not custom. All of them to my knowlege go on with double sided 3m tape.

Think Mid-America is about the cheapest you are going to find. I've been thinking of getting some. Seem to have a problem with loading up my car with too many 'accessories' put on with double-sided tape, though.
