E3 spark plugs

E3 spark plugs
I just put a new set of E3 spark plugs in my Corvette. One of the car shows that I watch did a dyno test on them and the results were pretty good I thought. Anyway, my car runs like crap now! 
My check engine light came on and the code says "multiple cylinder misfires". Has anyone else had any problems or experience with these?
What are the best plugs to use on a LS1 engine? Thanks
Update: I emailed the E3 company and they said I should be using a E3-54 plug and not the E3-44 plug that the knuckle head guy at PepBoys gave me.
It is the same size plug, but a different heat range. I will try exchanging them and see if that corrects the problem. Would a different heat range make that much of a difference? The car ran terrible!
