I recently purchased some after market wheels for my C5. I want use some good wheel lugs and wheel locks.
Has anyone had any experiance with Mcgard Spline Drive Lugs and Locks ?? Clik here: http://www.corvettegarage.com/produc...-corvette.html I heard that they are lighter with a wider cone area and triple plated. Also helps with and corrosion because of dis-similar metals.
Does anyone have an pictures to share ??
The Mcgard comes in Chrome and Black. I'm considering Black for the Hypersilver C6 Z06 Wheels that I going to be putting on. Any thoughts ??
Thanks for you input,

I had wheel locks on at one time, until I had a problem with one of them breaking and me having to drill out the stud. My car sits low enough and it is parked in the locked garage. If someone wants my rims and tires bad enough, no matter what I do they will get them. Thats why I pay my insurance monthly.
I got a set of locks from CCW. Gorilla was the brand. I went with all lugs being locking lugs and I ordered an extra key. Hopefully it will be too much a pain to take them but it just depends how determined they are I guess.
