Rear Marker Light?

Rear Marker Light?

I was pulling out my rear marker lights last night and noticed both the studs on the front of the lights were broke off. While I was pulling the rear nut off on one side the rear stud broke off.

So my question is can I use 3M tape to put them back on the car? Has any one used this method before?

I am taking them in to be smoked at a local shop. Just wondring if I should buy new ones or just have these smoked and use the 3M tape?

I would buy new ones, They don't cost that much if you do a search.

Called my parts guy and I have some coming in.

They don't cost much thats for sure. Might run a die over the plastic stud so i can put a regular nut on it.

I thought about cutting a section of vacuum line to slide over the studs. It should hold and would be easy to remove.
