I dont see why you couldn't paint over your calipers as long as you cleaned them up and maybe roughed up the surface, for the new paint to stick.
Never have been a big fan of Red Calipers, that's why I painted mine black. I know its nothing to crazy, but I think it looks good.

I can't see why that wouldn't work.

Im about to do my in black as well! (C5 regular calipers not the red Z06's). Did you paint the "CORVETTE" letters on the calipers? I was thinking about painting over the letters and then sanding the paint off with a dremel.

You can paint right over the letters and later clean off the paint with a dremel or simply a small piece of light sand paper.

Anyone have pix of their millennium yellow & red calipers? Just got the kit in, and plan to do mine over the next few weeks.
Thanks!

Paint' em any color you like. Just make sure you clean them well and get the brake dust off first.
