Anyone running this size on a stock rim without having rubbing issues?

Try the drag racing section. There are some very knowledgeable people there.
I would guess it would fit, but you will certainly have some rubbing on the fender during launch.
And I wouldnt put them on a 9.5 in wide rim. get at least a 10.5 wide rim...
