2000 vette remote for keyless entry
the remote for keyless entry does not work. i used the owners manual to try and "match" (learning the remote) the remote and it did not work.
I also tried to synchronize the remote by pressing unlock and lock simultaneously until I heard the horn chirp and that also did not work.
any ideas as to how I can fix this? any ideas as to what may be wrong?

If you haven't replaced the battery, try that. If you have, then the remote may need replacement. They do wear out over time.
