Probably not necessary if your tires are wearing evenly and you do not notice any unusual wear patterns.
However, I usually at least have the alignment checked when I get new tires just to make sure nothing has changed.
(I also mark the location of the cam bolts so I can tell if they have moved)

I changed away from the Z alignment and set mine more for street driving. The Z tends to wear the inside of the tires pretty fast. Car seems to be quieter also.

This is a good point. Your car could already be aligned to "factory specs", but for street driving, especially on Z06's, the factory specs allow for -1.2 degrees camber on the front, which will result in significant inside tire wear.
I dont see anything wrong with the tires waring out bad. They seem fine. I have the Goodyear Sport F1 (stock z06 tires). The fronts are shot the backs are great but I want to change them all to a different company. Nitto NT05's or Nitto 555R2's. They are both bigger sizes the the F1's so I was wondering if I should get an alignment. Another reason I was thinking about getting new set of rims but the same stock z06 size like I have. I wanted to change new rims for the spring and summer. Then go back with the old set for winter and fall. I didnt want to do a alignment all the time. I guess Im going to have to if I go with that root. Thanks.

Just changing wheels and tires should not affect the alignment. IF they are aligned now, they should be good for new tires.
Caster and camber can actually be set by putting a gauge on the axle. Toe-in is the angle the wheel varies from straight ahead (zero), so technically, the tire does not affect that either even though some shops measure the amount of toe on the face of the tire.
