[Z06] Z06 Hood Liner?
Painted or oem?
For the latter, try GMPARTSHOUSE (supporting vendor, column left) or your local friendly dealership.
The reason I suggest the latter is that special shipping of a hood insulator (over sized/large package) usually costs as much (or more) than the insulator.
If you order from a dealer with their regular parts orders coming regularly, you won't pay that additional cost.

I bought a new OEM hoodliner last month from the dealership for $116.49. No shipping charge applied.
When the box arrived a few days later, I am GLAD I didn't have to pay shipping! This box is huge. I'm talking 73" LCD TV size huge. Mine measured roughly 4x6 feet, and a full 12" thick! For a hoodliner!
For grins, I punched those dimensions into Fedex's rate calcuator, and applied my zip code (Alaska) and the shipping would have been $442.50.

This is one case, where unless somebody is offering free s/h on it, you'll never offset the s/h cost by buying it outside of the dealership and capitalizing on the free s/h through them.
Oh, and... take a truck to pick this thing up; and bring straps to tie it down. This huge box weighs all of 10 pounds and would LOVE to come flying out of your truckbed. This won't come home in your Vette!

yup.. there's only two things I use the dealer for:
buying things that would cost a fortune to ship; and buying things that are too cheap to worry about mail-ordering to save a buck or two.
I ordered mine too through the dealer to avoid the shipping charge. When I saw the box it comes in I couldn't believe how big it was. It took up the entire bed of my S-10 pickup. If anyone orders it and doesn't have a truck to get it home, leave the box at the dealer and you'll need a considerably smaller vehicle to get the liner home. The box is way bigger than it needs to be. I paid under a hundred dollars for mine. I also called Paula who paints the hood liners. Her least expensive liners are $550, but at least that includes the shipping.LOL.
The hood insulators purpose is to reduce air intake and general engine noise to the cabin and passengers. Many elect to leave them off when they install after market hoods. They report no heat damage to the underside of the hood.
Since so many owners equate an increase in noise to more power...
