Brembo Brake Question
Has anyone tried the Brembo big brake upgrade? I'm looking at the 340mm GT kit.
I use my car for weekend driving, twisty country roads and drag racing. It makes decent hp numbers so I'm thinking since I'm still using stock equipment, I should start considering an upgrade.
Will the C6Z big brake kits on ebay work with my car (direct bolt on)? I might elect to go that route if they're just as good for what I need.

I would not get the C6Z kit off Ebay. West coast has them for a little more and they include fluid and stainless lines.

The C6 Z guys are saying that the Hawk Ceramic pads are chewing the rotors pretty fast. I see that this kit comes with them so I wanted to warn you.
Carbotech makes a great 1 piece pad for that caliper. They have non corrosive dust and are easy on rotors. You might want to give them a shout about compound choices for your intended use.
