I have never had an issue. Working with them over the phone was a good experience. Had the tires shipped standard ups to my local performance shop thinking it would take 3-5 business days, got a call the next day at lunch that they were in.

Yeyyyy!! This number actually worked! None of the others on the website are working. I have heard that there phone systems crashed.

Luke and I have been emailing back and forth on set of Michelins for a couple of weeks, yesterday we talked on the phone and today I ordered the tires.

I've called them several times and got right through. Could have just been very lucky I guess. I agree with e-mailing or calling Luke or just keep trying with the one number that was working for you.

Thanks for the responses. I will try the "verified" good number and perhaps email. I am needing to replace replace shocks and sways and wanted to get some info from them.

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to report back that as pewter99 suggested to call Luke and all is good. In fact better than good. Want a hell of a guy! Needless to say i will a customer forever.
