Annother value question

My dad is looking at getting rid of his 03Z EB with a mod red interior with 14k mi he is the original owner and has a high rise hood, aci spoiler, chrom Z wheels, SLP exhaust, Vararam, and Baer big brake kit, what is a best case scenario for selling it? Should we put it back to stock? I told him 28K tops and to put it back to stock, but figured I would ask you guys.....thanks

Back to stock and he may be able to get 25-26k. In my opinion that's all it's worth. Mods aren't worth anything. You would get much more selling those items in the classifieds here. He may see 26-27k with those mods.

thanks, it is sad how bad things have gone down hill, not that long ago the car was valued at 34k

The car is barely modded, why not sell it the way it is?

IMO I would sell it as is...PIA putting it back to stock & not worth the time for an unknown possible gain.

I agree, sell it like it is - those are not major mods that would possibly cause someone to hesitate on buying the car.

Don't forget the bad economy will be the ultimate determiner in what your car will sell for, not the value. Not the best time to sell anything, but great time to buy.
