Default help with seat adjustment!!

Okay I just got my c5 Z06 and i have adjusted the seat and saved it in both memory slots on the door but every time i lock the car and later come back i have to press the memory button for the seat to go back to its position...why does it reset every time i leave the car? Anyway I can make the seat stay the same position i have saved it?

If I remember correctly, the memory must be saved for the specific remote you use to open your Vette..so if you use remote #1, then safe the memory under #1...if you use remote #2, then safe under #2...I usually just save under all 3 settings, that way it doesn't matter what remote is used. For the 3rd setting, you must press #1 and #2 together....hope this helps...Indy.

If you do not lock your car using the remote, then when you get back in the car you will have to press the memory button to get it to go to the saved settings. I always had to press the memory button on mine since I never locked it while parked in the garage.
