Electrochromatic Rearview Mirrors... Got one?

Default Electrochromatic Rearview Mirrors... Got one?
Do Electrochromatic Rearview Mirrors reqiure a different wiring setup from that of a car which can without them ? I see thjat some peo[ple have wiring harnesses for them for sale.

I would like to install one in my 2000 and was wondering if the Electrochromatic Rearview Mirrors would be a drag to install. If this means running a new harness it could be a problem ??

Also if you have one for sale let me know.
