Alarm

just noticed my alarm isnt working. wen i press the button my my keys it just locks the doors but doesnt set the alarm on.

maybe i just need new batteries?

Have you checked that the settings in the DIC are still what you set or did they clear? Battery age? Battery connections?

How do you know its not operating? Just asking because it does take a while to set, security blinks but you can pop trunk and open door and alarm wont go off.

Did you leave the window open, lock the car with the remote, wait a minute or two then reach in and open the door? It should sound then.

well when i press the lock button on my keys it looks the doors.. but it doesnt make the beeping sound. which activates the alarm.

You need to run through options on the DIC to see that it is on.

alright il check it out. i might have switched it off on accident.

i got a low tire pressure signal while driving.. so i was playin wit the buttons while drivin. maybe that set it off.

by the way what pressure should the tires be set at?
