It's the electroncis that you have to deal with. You'll need to use the C5 wiring and SCM and splice into to the seat control switch on the side that operates the seat.
Make sure if your C6 seats have air bags that you disconnect them.

Use the C5 seat rails or use C6 seat rails, it really doesn't matter.
