side mirror help please-not the usual C5 issue
Some funny guy decided to push on the glass part of my side mirror. The mirror seems to be detached from the motor in a few places but not in others. so, can drive and the mirror doesn't fall out but it jiggles and I can't adjust it.
My question...do I need to take the door panel off to get to the mirror to fix this or is there a way to fix this without all of that work?

I think the mirror just snaps into sockets on the drive mechanism, so unless he broke it, you should be able to just press it back into place. There are mirror repair posts that will have pictures to help you see where to push.
