Jumping out of reverse.

Anyone ever have this happen to them? I find sometimes if i don't make sure that reverse is shoved all the way up, it sometimes throws it out of reverse. Alot of the time it feels like it went in properly but as soon as you let the clutch out a bit...pop! Now if i put it in any other gear and then put it in R, i usually don't have any problem. Is this just a random quirk with my car?

Sometimes mine wont go all the way in. I just put it in neutral, let the clutch out, then push it back in and it goes into reverse just fine.

Same thing with mine, I always throw it in 1st real quick and then over to R, hasn't happened since
