Any of you have difficulty understanding the instructions for the billet grill brackets into the fog opening? It has one Z shaped bracket for each side that are supposed to mount into the opening but the instructions are far from clear. Do yours mount clear back into the fog housings or do the brackets actually adhere to the bumper itself? It says one edge under the plastic, and the top is held with self stick tape.

im not sure what type of grill you have. but on mine are not mounted on the bumper, and they were held by tape. i'll see if i can find the instructions for mine.
You're right. Those instructions were a little confusing and you only get one shot to place the brackets in the right spot. I didn't use the hardware package that came with mine. I tossed them and bought a package of industrial strength all weather hook & loop fasteners (velcro). I've had my billet grills on for two years with no with problems.
Just downloaded the instructions from ecklers, the same as my printed sheet but looking at it again think I can manage it ok. Especially since I have the bumper off the car while I replace the skidbar/radiator support cage. Still think I'll remove the foglight surrounds to do it. Thanks for the replies.
