Well after seeing all the guys on here paint the back of there Vettes, I did to.
Heres a few pics...
used pin stripe tape to get started
ready to sand
sanded down with 400 grit
Wiped down with prep all
the masking starts...

all finished!!! got a little clean up to do, but came out great! I used gloss black, because everyone else has satin or flat. Just trying to be a little diffrent!!!
You're brave. Looks nice. But I'll be the first to say that it's not even on both corners... which is why I wouldn't do this mod unless I made absolutely sure it was perfect. I'm nuts that way..

Believe it or not, its the same on both sides. Depends on where you stand and look at it. The camera is a little off center, and it throws the look off. I noticed that also, but if you look from the other side, its just the opposite.

That looks awesome dude! Just did mine this weekend as well.. I like the Satin Black look, so I went that route. I'm debating doing a tiny stripe of gloss black along the edge..
