Default Z06 maintenance

Am I just being to critical or are these the maintenance requirements for a Z06:
Clutch pedal sticking to floor....did the fluid change again and again...so I have a brand new ACT twin disk in the garage awaiting install.

Front end pushes or binds when turning hard into a parking spot, some say its normal...but I'm thinking of upgrading to new (PFADT) wheel brearings ball joints and bushing to eliminate.

Got the old 1288 1287 code = SWPS on order

LOW OIL Pressure warning on start up (after sitting for a few hours) = Leaking oil pump oring?...heads/cam combo going in soon

And now a real noisy TORQUE tube...sounds like something is rattling at idle and in 1st gear @ very low RPMs...kind of like when you shut off the Z without pushing in the clutch ...that kind of rattle...but at idle and in 1st
Not complaining...I bought her used a year ago..just curious to see if these things are average with 34k on her....this is my 3rd Z and the first two (with similar miles) had some electrical problems, but nothing major.....any input wold be appreciated

Joe i've had/have some of those issues.

The clutch sticking for now I just turkey baste the old fluid out, put fresh in, drive for a few days, and repeat. I did that over a couple of weeks and I haven't had the sticking problem again.

As far as the front end push that seems normal and happens on really slow tight turns. No parts are worn and I just try not to turn full clock at low speeds.

I doubt doing those things will stop the pushing at low speeds. My 86 did the same thing as well as my 97 and now the 03Z. The 97 did it from the day it was new. Reducing caster and camber will probably do more to reduce the pushing and scrubbing (as well as not turning the wheel as tight) but you will lose some handling doing that.

The pushing isn't really a sign of any problems. As they say don't fix something that isn't broken.

Guys Thx for the feedback, but for the life of me I can not remember this (front end push) in my other two cars....
Bill,
I hear you on the adjustments and I'm not willing to give up handling for the sake of parking lot convenience So I"ll hold off on the suspension upgrades for now, as I have other issue to address.

How you been brother? How is that Z treating you.....I did the drain thing too many times...its worse than that now...the torque tube is making some nasty noise at idle and low speeds...its just time for a clutch or at least some attention to that area The wife will be dropping off the car with Charlie late summer (maybe just maybe heads and cam might be in it's future), I'm headed off on deployment real soon!

I'm doing great and the Z is fantastic. Lovin' every minute of it. Stopped modding it for now, just getting some savings together to buy a house.

I do miss being able to hang out at RPM. Be safe on your deployment.

Yeah I was ready to get the F out of California. I was supposed to move with my job, but that didn't pan out.
