Default Tires

I have 2002 Z06 with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 265/40ZR -17 on the front and 295/35ZR-18 on the rear. The front tires are worn at 3500 miles rears are great - normal driving ( seriously ). Right front outer edge worn with no tread. Had an alignment. This is the second set on the front to go like this. Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have your car aligned useing the stock 02 corvette specs instead of the Z06 front end settings, the Z alignment is more agressive and will wear tires quickly.

Then add a little air 2 or 3 pounds, to your front tires to try to get some life out of them, if the cord is not showing thru, otherwise get some new rubber for the front.

I disagree.. you have a loose suspension component or bushing or your toe is out.. the camber adjustment from the z06 specs would wear the INSIDE edge quicker.. NOT the outside edge.. I would try a different alignment shop and specifically tell them the problem you are having with the wear on the outside edge of the right front tire.. have them check the a-arms, bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints, steering rack, cradle, frame alignment (extream case)..
