Just contact Gene. He will set you up with everything you need...shifter unit, ****, and retainer screw. The "kit" is probably listed in his "monthly specials" post.
You can reuse your shifter boot by making the top a little wider. There are how-to's on the process. It is pretty easy.

1a. Its easy to do.
1b. Get some pliers for that metal wedge youll need to yank out from under the shift pattern emblem on the original ****.
2. Youll need to modify the shiftboot for the new ****. The neck is fatter, so youll need to tear a few stitches to compensate.
3. Enjoy.

Well, I'm not sure of the part numbers, or the technically correct names...there isn't much to it really.
Get the **** along with the retainer screw on the side. Then the shifter shaft and the "box" like base it sits in/is attached to. The shaft usually comes with the pivot box.
You might try a search for a "how to" on this swap. It might have pictures that show the shifter unit.

No additional parts needed compared to the old shifter.
