New Techron Purchase update
I found out today that some auto supply stores, ( I used O'reilly) will price match other stores sale items. I got the Techron sale advertised 'buy one get one free' from Advanced Auto Parts just by asking. I would assume that other stores would do the same. I printed the add out and took it in. I had called prior to confirm but what a good find as the nearest Advanced store was 125 miles away. Keep this in mind on future Techron sales.

I suspected that would be the case when reply's to my "Heads Up" thread mentioned that there were large parts of the country that did not have Advanced stores!! Thanks for confirming that it can be done. Just for the record,,the sale is good roe 2 more days!!

I had the gas guage issue happen to me while I was in DC a couple weeks ago. I got on here, found the solution and headed to Advance. To my surprise there was the BOGO sale going on. It was a very nice surprise. Made "fixing" the problem hurt a little less.

I try to make it a habit of using Chevron 93, with Techron, but still add a bottle maybe every other tank fill. Thanks for that heads up.
