anyone who has done either of these, let me know pros and cons, aprox price and anyones thoughts would be nice

Well what you mean by ttls6 and ls3 you want to twinturbo your z06 or buy a ls3 vette?

What do you plan on doing with the car in question? If you are just after HP for the street, I would do a 402 before either of the above options.
