It's been awhile since I have posted in C5 gen, but I thought I would include some pictures I took the other day.
My dad and I have not done anything drastic to the 2004 C5, hopefully I can talk him into exhaust and CAI.
Well here are some pictures of just a Torch Red C5 with some chrome accessories, (after all if it doesn't go, chrome it ).
Well, nothing much else to report, now that dad is doing better health wise, it is getting driven more (Rounded 7,000 miles the other day, I know its not a lot but my dad has had serious health issues 8 out of the 12 months of ownership, and we got it with 3,015 miles on it). In fact he and my mom drove it up to Lake Erie today.
Thanks for all the compliments and well-wishing for my dad.
Yesterday my parents had an excellent time up by the lake, they walked out on a pier and had a fish sandwich together.
They were in slow traffic at one point and my mom heard someone yell, but she didn't think much about it, and dad said, "That guy in that yellow mustang convertible (the newer style) just said, "Nice car!"
Also they passed a C5 Yellow Vert and the guy flipped his lights and waved, so I know not only spending the time with my mom, but also the reactions to his car made him feel great!

Sounds great, glad he's getting to enjoy his vette.

I don't remember the details of your father's health problems, I wish him the best. Tell him to take the Vette out for occasional short rides, nothing will improve mental health better than a drive in the Vette!
Mental health goes a long way to improving physical health!
