Copper brake line washers
Does anybody know where I can get some other than going to the dealership and paying the corvette tax? Thx in advance.

Corvette tax on washers? I bought 8 for $1.85 or something from a dealership not too long ago. Is that seriously gonna break the budget?

Really... I got mine at the dealer and paid about the same amount. I agree there are some nutty prices GM sets for some small items (like the rear license plate frame
) but for the most part my local Chevy dealer treats me right. It pays to support local businesses too.

I know autozone has them because I bought a ton when I was doing testing for a 97-98 line lock kit.

I had about 20 of them from a hardware store in Germany that I got for less than 1euro. When those ran out, I got some from NAPA and they were over $1 each
Not that $4 is going to brake the bank or anything, but that's way to much for a washer.

I got a lifetime supply when I worked in Chassis Engineering at Ford...at least a few hundred in the bag for sure.
