Is a 2003 zo6 titanium exhaust able to be put on a 2000 C5 convertable?

Not only yes, but it is a very preferrable mod for many C5'ers, especially if they plan to get headers..

What gain beside better sound? I have heard they flow 20% better. True?

It will fit just fine. The Ti exhaust will fit on any C5.

I put a set of the Ti's on my 2000 vert and I love them. They sound great and the weight savings was about 8 pounds per side. Go for it!!

Doing the same mod this weekend (Ti exhaust going on a 2000 Coupe) Since it looks like we same TI experts here, I have a couple of questions.

One...can Stainless Steel be welded onto TI?* Was looking at swapping out the tips with some new SS GM tips

Two...what is the diameter of the pipe coming out of the muffler that holds the tip...is it 2"?
