I am considering buying some wheels and see that there are some reproduction C6 Z06 wheels at tire rack. Does anyone have experience with these wheels. Are the non OEM repo's junk, or are they OK?

I got C6 Z06 REPO's on my Vette (I don't know if they are the ones from Tire Rack or not - I go them from another Forum member off his C6 Vette)

Toby, no disrespect intended here but what does your wheel question have to do with forced-induction or nitrous. The modes should move this post to the proper forum.

All my questions have been posted in F/I as I have had many questions since purchasing maggie. I know that many F/I peoples would experience issues with the durability and quality of products quicker than N/A or stock corvettes (like diffs / trans / springs / ect). I am able to get wholesale prices for some wheels and tires, but I was a little shocked at how cheap they were so I did not want to buy them and find out that they are not strong enough to keep up with the 500+RWHP where they might be okay with the normal approx 300 RWHP that a stock C5 may run.
Thanks and I will make sure to keep all non F/I questions in their correct place.

Along with House of Wheels, also check out the offerings from Corvette Garage. These two vendors offer top quality reproduction wheels. Not sure about the ones from the Tire Rack, but I'd say they are high quality wheels too.
I have the C-6-Z06 wheels in Black with machined face on the wifes Black C-5 convt. and Like them Very much. We get alot of compliments and s up with them.
They are from House of Wheels. Tom is Great to deal with.
