2002 A4 Won't Start - B0333???
All of a sudden my car won't start. I pulled into the garage yesterday and almost immediately the car shut off. I tried restarting it, but to no avail. I didn't want to drain the battery (11.9v) so I left it alone until this morning. I tried it and it started. I turned it off to see if it was intermittent and couldn't get it going again.
I pulled my codes and the only one that came up was HVAC B0333 H C.
I wasn't aware that could cause the car not to start, but it's the only code showing so far.
I've noticed for the past week or so that the car idles at about 500rpm at times and almost shuts off at stop lights as a result..
Recent repairs include:
Transmision replaced - 1/09
Fuel Pump/Filter replaced - 3/09
The car has only 60k on it. If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate them.

The battery is maybe 5 - 7mths old. The battery reading was taken while it wasn't running and from the DIC. All of my accessories (radio, windows, lights etc..) wok fine. I've had nothing, but problems with the battery before though.
I've got it narrowed down to perhaps the ignition switch or the starter. I'll check the grounds since I've had it worked on recently.
It seems as though it's always one thing or another lately with my Vette.

It seems odd that you recently had the fuel pump and filter replaced and now are having these problems.
The problem could be a fuel delivery issue related to the recent replacements. Possibly a pinched or damaged wire from the fuel pump?

I"m taking the battery in to the dealer tomorrow for a load test. Since it's under warranty I'll get a new one free of charge. Hopefully, that's the extent of it.
I just wanna ride. The weather's nice and I gotta get out. I'll have them check the work associated with the fuel pump replacement as well. At this point I don't know what it could be.
