X-Pipe Dimensions Between Vendors
Does anybody know if Corsa's x-pipe is dimensionally the same as Magnaflows x-pipe? Looking at some possible changes in the near future.

Both require that you cut the existing system after the Cats so they have to be the same diameter. One might be slightly longer than the other but that would make no difference unless you were trying to replace brand C with brand M or vice versa.

You got the brand C with brand M right. 
I was going to replace my entire system and sell privately. Replacement would be Corsa x-pipe and one of Corsa's after cat systems.
