I tried lowing my Vette, but due to all the road work I have in my area I returned it to stock height. It was like nails on a chalkboard every time I scraped.
Lowering does make the C5 look great, so maybe when they're done, I might lower it 1/2 of what I lowered it before. Just enough to cover some tire/fender gap...
LOL I was going to order these wheels as soon as they opened in the morning. Thx for posting them up. Do you know if you could order it in 18x9.5's for the front and 18x10.5's for the rear?
Looks badass now thou.
I know you can get 18x8.5 and 18x10.5. Give them a call (OE Wheels). They were very helpful and all over that auction site.
Also JWMOTORING.COM has these wheels as well and he is a very helpful vendor on this board with excellent customer service.
Looks great!!!
I've been thinking about a set of these as well. Great value but just wondering how the polished stainless steel is holding up from scratching? I tried to research what type of cres alloy they're using but it could be proprietary. Anyway, still looks great.
I can tell you this. I've washed them once so far and can already see scratches on the rear lip. The front is still fine. I put some wax on them. Maybe that will help?

These tires are not bad at all handling-wise. But the Fusions have to have the ugliest sidewall I've ever had on my car.
