That's really cool. I had to watch the video twice to see it.

I like that. It is very cool. I can just hear, "Officer, I do not know what you are talking about. My plate is right there for everyone to see." If he does not realize what you have done he gets this funny look on his face and sends you on his way. You drive off laughing all the way.
My buddy and I had the same discussion of that exact scenario!What we want to do is find an electronic button that we can discretely put inside the car so that you can push it once and the plate extends and then you push it again and it retracts. Need to visit a local electronics store and see what they can rig up for us

Thanks for posting the video, that is an excellent solution for people that have to run front plates. Where do you keep the remote, on your keychain? Maybe we could get a group purchase/discount going on this?

Yep...the boys up here kid me all the time about my "janitor" key chain
I have the remote for the plate, another one for the door poppers and the original OEM fob for the trunk...but its not as bad as it
sounds.
As far as group buy...Chip, where are you man?
