It isn't the lens, It is on the sensor, Been there done that.... In the camera body behind the lens.

The stripes are from vettestripes.com and a friend and me put them on.

If you notice in the first picture just right of the light pole you will see a spot, That is called a dust bunny, It is in all the pictures, What causes this is dust on the sensor and it needs to be cleaned, In most cases a Giottos Rocket Air Blower will take care of it... Maybe it is Garlic dust....
