I have received my sport shocks acouple of days ago. I have an idea how to put them in but just want more info.
Another thing is my car is all black with black wheels and black outs. I was thinking about painting the shocks before I throw them on b/c I really dont like to not match and they are bright yellow. You'll be able to see them, right? Thanks.
Absolutely nothing as long as you tighten them down good, but you can get a good enough torque wrench pretty cheap. Most helpfull thing in the write up is using the zip ties, or some baling wire or something, to compress the fronts while you get them in there. That helps a lot. They're really easy to swap out. Hell, just did mine Sat afternoon with a blown rotator cuff I'm in rehab for.
And no, I can't see mine with the wheels on.
Don't get discouraged if you have a hard time. These shocks are pretty tough to deal with. It took me two hours of stress and several scrapes and smearing blood to get them in. Hopefully you'll have it easier than me.
The rears aren't too bad. I would recommend using an air ratchet(NOT an impact gun) on the top bolts. Makes removal and replacement much faster than by hand, and easier too.

I finally got time to install my Sports and they are great. I am very happy with the incrediable ride it left me with. So much more comfortable!! I wasn't expecting a huge difference but I was wrong, the ride and handling in sharp turns are perfect! Another plus is that the girlfriend loves the ride now!!
