I had the same problem, and never could get a response from absfixer. I ended up going with a place called Auto and Truck Electronics and they rebuilt my module for $65. Works perfectly. They have an ad on fleabay...

Had the same issue. Check out Module Master (modulemaster.com). $150, 2 day turn around and a 5 Year warranty. Great service and mine works perfectly.
