Quick history 2002 vert, 30,000 miles I am the second owner. I am having difficulty unlocking the passenger door. Some time it unlocks with the key remote and the driver side controls and even the passenger door control, but most of the time I need to reach in an manual unlock. I have replaced both remote batteries. Just wondering if it could be a fuse or is there something in the options you can select that I am missing. Thanks for the help. This thing is driving me crazy!!!
If you hear the relays in the door, but the solenoid doesn't engage, it could be that the relay contacts in the door control module have burnt. Here's how I fixed mine when I had this issue...

Jason, My 02 vert had the exact same problem as your (same door same issue) and I ordered a couple of relays and had my dad replace the bad one and it works perfect now. Total out of pocket........ $1.40
