'02 Coupe - major projects complete!
I bought my coupe in January and I've been working steadily to upgrade/update the few things I felt were needed. First was a complete brake system rebuild using all new AC/Delco performance components. Z06 Ti cat back system came next. Final big project was locating a mint set of 2001 Z06 Alcoa wheels and getting a set of Firestone Wide Ovals mounted with new TPS (thanks Gene!). Went for a shakedown drive today to scrub in the new tires. Here are a few pics:
There is no way I could have gotten this work done without the help I've received from this Forum - thanks to all! BTW - despite what a few others have posted I think the Wide Ovals in stock Z06 sizes are awesome tires, especially when you factor in their cost. I sure like my C5
