Default Tire Inflation Kits

I recently got rid of the run-flats on my '02 Coupe. I bot General Exclaims and so far they are a nice change.
My question is, now that I do not have run-flats, is it worth buying a tire inflation kit like the Z06 has?
How many have done this or do you just hope for the best and call AAA?

I carry a tire plug kit and a GM tire inflation kit. Any 12VDC inflator would work though. If you still have the TPM’s, they would also give you a heads up to a slow leak.

I bought a Z06 Kit in the parts for sale section of this forum.
I just put the Sumitomo HTRZ III tires on my 02 Coupe.
Wow!!! what a Massive improvement, feels, sound, and handles like I bought a new car.
Also check the auction site.
Good luck.

a zo6 tire inflation kit is a great idea to have in the trunk for emergency's

I carry any tools I think I'll need, imagine yourself in a tight spot on the side of an abandoned highway in a bad neighborhood at 3am as a worst case scenario.

If you still have the TPMSs in (which I recommend), it would be difficult to get a sealer in through the TPMSs, plus it could mess them up.

Trying to plug the tire while on the car is difficult. To take off the tire you need a jack and lug wrench. The jack must be capable of getting under a C5 with a flat (2-3 inches).

An air compressor can add air for a slow leak.

Just buy a plug kit, a portable air compressor and a compact jack. That should get you by. If that fails, have either AAA or emergency road service on your car insurance. And a cell phone is a good idea.
