Default roller rockers

should I put some new ones on my 01 z06. My plans for the car are headers and either a vararam intake or halltech cant really decide and a dyno tune, so which are good ones and are there any negatives to them

In my humble opinion YES! Get some Yella Terras and forget about worrying about your stockers puking their roller bearings into your engine. There is no down side, the YTs bolt right on, quiet the valve train, and get you at least another half of a horsepower.

You've got 3 options.

1. Keep your stock rockers.

2. Send your stock rockers to Harland Sharp to get rebuilt with full bearing trunions.

3. Upgrade to a nice Roller Rocker (Yella Terra Ultralite). The Roller Rocker will provide better geometry and less valve guide wear.

If you do upgrade to a Roller Rocker, always check pushrod length afterwards. We keep them in stock.

Yella Terra Ultralite Shaft Mount Non-Adjustable Roller Rocker 1.7 Ratio (LS1/LS2) $450
