Airconditioner problems
Anyone else have them? Mine wont stay operational for more than a few weeks! Its gettin hott and i can only go so fast with the windows down...
I push the a/c button and it blinks a few times then goes off?

When the ac button blinks, it usually means its low on freon. My guess is you have a leak somewhere in the system. Also, check the codes on the DIC and post them. More than likely though, you've got a leak somewhere.

I highly you get a leak detector put the car in a closed garage and check for leaks. If you are only getting 3 weeks you have a leak.
My 99 has 78,000 miles bought it new and this week I checked the freon and added 4 oz to top it off. After 10 yrs this isn't bad.
But 3 weeks sends you hunting for a leak. If you don't have a leak detector and want to check the joints make up some dishwash soap and water and do a bubble check on the joints where the o-rings are.
