The large finned cover above is the fuel rail cover. I am considering removing this and replacing the stock fuel rail with an after market version that is more attractive. While I have had a lot of positive feedback on my current set up, the common thread among those who are negative is criticisim of the massiveness of the fuel rail cover. They seem to like the coil covers but think the fuel rail cover is out of proportion. I see their point and am giving it due consideration.

I think you've got something quite marketable there...especially the coil covers. I wonder if the heat inside them might cause any premature failure....but the look is schweeeet!!
Pop's '57 LT1 didn't have the coil packs to clutter the mood, but my last LS1 (full custom TT) did.
I relocated the coils and made my own spark wires and luckily the location I found let me unravel the factory harness wires to get a little more room on the (2) main coil pack connections.
With the hundreds of C2's I've worked on... my advice is to drop some $ coin on the Abear covers. It will look like a tall/expensive/clean valve covers. -Otherwise, hiding coil packs under the battery tray/etc. will be a job. Can be done cleanly of course.
You have a nice deal goin'... Don't let us jackels change your mind.... Unless it's already looking for something else.
