I keep seeing these posts asking "if I got a good deal on my car or how much this or that car is worth." To be quite honest, I believe those doing the asking, know the answer better than current vette owners. After all, I bought mine almost 5 years ago. I was quite an expert on prices back then when I was laying down my hard earned cash. And since my car is't for sale at this time, I really don't know what my car will actually bring in today's market. I will only be concerned about my car's true value when it comes time to sell it. In the mean time, I just enjoy owning my ZO6 and I don't worry about "what it's worth?" What difference does it make if you already bought the car or found the car of your dreams after searching for months and doing endless lurking on forums like this one. When I do sell my car I plan on asking someone who really knows, A NEW OWNER.
Well said. I find it comical seeing some of these threads. Do your homework. See what the market will bear. Have at it. Seller needs to make a number that they want and will settle for. Buyer has a budget on what they want to spend and will spend for the right car. The market and economy is going to dictate the final outcome in most cases. It isn't rocket science.
Contrary to what some people seem to think. The Corvette does not escape the laws of physics or economics...

Reason: Spelling
+1.. there should be a rule against those threads. There's a new one every day with someone who thinks the car they have found is completely different than the other 12 that were spoken of the week before. Do some research online and stop clogging up a tech forum with the same old b/s.
