I hit something today and it took a small chunk outta my ground effects. There is a small area the size of a dime-quarter that is damaged. I don't really care about the chunk that was taken out because over time small dings happen and there are a few little ones on the ground effects already. The fact the car is black and the chunk is white and very noticable. I was looking to touch it up but there is a small chunk missing that needs to be filled. Is there something I can do to fill it in and then cover it up with touch up?
Not sure what part got damaged, but I have the ACI front spoiler that I have had small dings in, and I simply touch up with matching color when it gets rock chips.
I hit an "object" in the road a while back that took a 8"x 2" chunk out that required me to take it to my body shop. Can't tell it was ever hit
It's an ACI front spoiler. I am assuming it is fiberglass or some sort of composite. There is a small spot that is flaking so I wanted to patch/fill it in and then use touch up to cover it.
The spot that is flaking is only the size of a dime. I don't think it is worth taking to a shop since it will continue to get chipped up a bit, which is why I was wondering if there was a compound or something I could use to fill it in.
If you're just looking for a quick fix that will look better then a hole and white fiberglass you could take some spot putty and put in the hole then take some black touch up paint and put in that area. Pics would be helpful to see what you're talking about though.
Here's what i did to save me some from grounding my aci. It's stainless steel.

That stainless steel part looks cool and kinda like the ZR1, where did you get it or how did you do it? Maybe it's just the pic but it looks like ur front plate bracket is gone and flush with the body.
