Default Need Help W/ Air Conditioner

Just had my car in the shop to fix my AC. They ended up replacing the condensor and adding freeon. The problem now is that the air only blows cold on the drivers side! The air on the passenger side is blowing hot air! Anyone had this happen to them? Please help... I live in Tampa and it is HOT!

There's an itty bitty vacuum line on the back of the manifold that operates the a/c ducts. You won't be able to see it but you might be able to feel for it and make sure it's attached to the manifold.
I'd also check the climate control by turning on the heater, then flipping it back to a/c. See if there's a change.

Great minds think alike. I was going to write this question in. Mine blows cold on the passenger side and warm on the drivers side.......

What are your HVAC codes when you pull the codes from the DIC?

If you have auto AC, it sounds like a blending door (actuator) problem. These will throw a code.

Sometimes you can re-index, sometimes you have to replace. unfortunately if it's the pass side, you have to pull dash. Driver's side can be reached by contorting yourself.

Search: Actuator, Re(-)index, B0361

When the above referenced vacuum line is loose, it normally affects driver and passenger flow/temp equally.

Where is the actuator located on the driver's side?

Where is it located on the passenger side? (I presently have the glove box off).

I experienced the same problem and it ended up being just a little low on Freon. Added some and it began to blow cold from both sides.

2 Things you can try. 1. If you have any A/C codes on the DIC reset them. That should recalibrate your actuaters. 2. Disconnect the battery for about 10 mins. rehook it and that will also reset your actuators. .......... If neither one of those work then its probably time for a new actuater. Adding freon wont do a thing...........
