Plugging and Patching of a Run Flat
I was wondering once you have a hole in a runflat and the tire company has successfully repaired the tire by plugging and patching it, does the runflat lose any of its characteristics in being a runflat? In other words if the tire were to be punctured again would it still be drivable like a runflat and get me to safety to be repaired.
Please no post bashing on whether or not the tire should or should not be repaired/plugged/patched. It already has and I have been through that discussion a million times over.

The only problem you will have, if you can call it a problem, even with a properly patched runflat, is that you will lose the speed rating on it.
