Default Mufflers

Guys I have a couple of C5 mufflers that was sent to me and was told they are Z06 T - 2004, except for the chrome tip I can't tell the difference, part # 10820468 stamped on both, can anyone confirm if they are.
Thanks

Factory TI mufflers are unpainted titanium and have a very distinctive look compared to the black painted OEM mufflers. The tips are round and not oval like the stock exhaust, and the TIs are quite a bit lighter in weight.

They should have a stamp on top of the mufflers stating, GM Titanium.

If it looks like this then its the Z06 Ti exhaust.

If it looks like this then its the base C5 exhaust.

That's F'd up. Although stock C5 mufflers started out expensive, they are usually worthless used because of the demand for aftermarket systems. Maybe $50 for someone needing to go back stock. BTW, you should raise hell if you paid big bucks for them.

cost was freight only from the USA to Australia, I have BB quads and had to have a stock set to pass Australian compliance laws, so a guy I had meet there a few years back said I could have a removed TI set from a Z06, now that the car is being used a lot the BB are sending me deaf the drone is a killer, shame they sound so good, I was going to fit the TI's to save big bucks on bring another set over, stuffed that idea didn't he, can't believe anyone anymore. Gutted again
