Your garage.
I'm serious. I am by no means a good mechanic. I would never on my life attempt to do anything to my motor, but installing Corvette shocks are an easy job.

Good choice on the Bilsteins. I just did that install last week. It wasnt that hard. It took me a few hours but I really took my time too. Nice shock and its not so hard of a ride that youll be picking up your teeth off the floor either.

Works the easiest if there are 2 pair of hands/arms doing the work. Did mine on jack stands with no problems.

If you take the upper control arm off you don't need to compress the shock to fit it in there. I just took the two bolts holding it in off, but remember the position of the washers behind it or your alignment will go all crazy.

since you just got shocks, new C6 sway bars would make a big difference. Gene Culley has a great deal 108.00 front and rear. Z06 or z51. Z06 are a little higher

This is the best option if you're doing it by yourself. If you've got an extra pair of hands, two of you can muscle it in without needing to do this.
