Well I picked up my 03Z 2 weeks ago and its a cam/ported stock heads and bolt on car. There is an aftermarket stainless exhaust w/ x pipe and no cats on the car but for some reason the original owner put the stock Ti from the axle back to the mufflers. First off its too quiet at idle for my taste so I was wondering if anyone even makes a decent sounding/looking axleback for a cammed car, I would prefer dual tips as I think the quad looks too "factory", but feel free to change my mind with pics. Second does B&B offer this for their bullet line as it seems to be my fav thus far?
Granatelli is out of the questions b/c at that price I would just replace the whole thing LOL!
Thanks in advance for your help,
Josh

The stock Ti's are free flowing and light weight (and already on the car). That is why many keep them and others covet them. If you want a healthier sound you could try the "Ti mod" but that won't change the look. Either way you can probably get $400 or so for them to help recoup the high priced aftermarket pipes you're after. Try to narrow down candidates then ask here for sound files. Lots of people have spent lots of dollars and been even more unhappy with their new sound!
I'm sure a muffler shop could bend some pipes up for you, pepboys will have some KWEL chrome tips. Sell the Ti's and you should have enough money left to by a Kwel wing so you won't look to factory. You will be loud and people will notice you.
